关于颁发2005年出口额超出2004年的奖励制度

商务部部长
根据2004年1月16日国务院令第29号《关于商务部职能、任务、权限和组织结构的规定》；
根据1999年9月27日国务院令第195号《关于设立、使用和管理出口支持基金的决定》；
执行2005年8月5日国务院办公厅文件137号《关于总理指示的意见》；
经与财政部、国家发展和改革委员会协商一致,
决定：
本通知附带制定地质基础调查、矿产地质调查和矿产勘查钻探工程经济和技术定额。 本决定附带颁布2005年出口额超出2004年的奖励制度。
条 2. 本决定自公布之日起十五日后生效。/。
