命令

第65号命令 1958年4月22日

越南民主共和国主席

 

鉴于1946年3月22日第33号命令和1946年5月22日第71号命令，规定越南人民军条例；

鉴于1950年7月11日第121号命令，成立国防部-总司令部；

鉴于1957年10月16日第46号命令，成立国防部-总司令部干部总局；

根据国防部长-总司令的提议，

现发布命令如下：

条一： 任命原任干部总局副局长的阮文兴同志为国防部-总司令部干部总局局长。

条二： 国防部长-总司令负责执行本命令。
