越南民主共和国主席
根据1946年3月22日第33-SL号和1946年5月22日第71-SL号指令，规定越南人民军条例；
根据1950年7月11日第121-SL号指令，成立国防部-总司令部；
根据1957年6月3日第017-SL号指令，建立各军事区；
鉴于国防部长-总司令的提议，
现发布如下命令：
第一条： 任命原属总政治部组织局的局长阮重永为第四军区政委。
第二条： 国防部部长-总司令负责执行本指令。
