越南民主共和国主席
鉴于1946年3月22日第33-SL号指令和1946年5月22日第71-SL号指令规定越南人民军的条例；
鉴于1950年7月11日第121-SL号指令成立国防部-总司令部；
鉴于1957年6月3日第017-SL号指令成立各军区；
根据国防部长-总司令的提议，
现发布如下命令：
条一： 任命干部师团长级的同志邓光中担任左岸军区副司令员。
条二： 国防部部长-总司令负责执行本指令。
