第81号指令 1958年8月15日

越南民主共和国主席发布

越南民主共和国主席

根据1946年3月25日第34号指令、1947年3月19日第35号指令和1950年7月11日第21号指令关于国防部-总司令的组织；

鉴于国防部部长的提议；

现发布如下命令：

条1：任命少将黎宪迈担任炮兵指挥部政委。

条2：由国防部部长负责执行本指令。
