越南民主共和国主席
根据1948年11月19日第254号指令，关于地方人民政权的组织；
根据1057年11月6日第014号指令，任命阮能洽为左岸行政委员会主席；
部长会议内务部长提议；
现发布如下指令：
条1 ：阮能洽免去左岸行政委员会主席职务，接受其他工作。
条2 ：内务部部长负责执行本指令。
