依据1992年《越南社会主义共和国宪法》经2001年第十届全国人民代表大会第十次会议通过的第51/2001/QH10号决议修正和补充的第一百零三条和第一百零六条；
根据国会组织法第九十一条；
根据《规范性法律文件制定程序法》第五十七条；
现予公布：
越南社会主义共和国驻外机构法。
已由越南社会主义共和国第十二届全国人民代表大会第五次会议于2009年6月18日通过。/。
