越南民主共和国内务部长提议
根据1948年11月19日第254-SL号指令，关于地方人民政权组织；
根据1957年8月30日第041-SL号指令，任命陈聪为左岸行政委员会副主席；
部长建议
现发布如下命令：
条1：陈聪不再担任左岸行政委员会副主席职务，转任其他工作。
条2 内务部长负责执行本指令。
