越南民主共和国主席
根据1948年11月19日第254号命令关于地方人民政权组织；
根据1957年4月6日第014号命令任命程廷聪、武功平为左岸行政委员会委员；
根据1958年11月24日第092号命令废除左岸行政区划级别；
鉴于内务部长的提议，
现发布命令如下：
条一：程廷聪、武功平不再担任左岸行政委员会委员职务，转任其他工作。
条二 ：内务部部长负责执行本命令。
