越南民主共和国主席发布

 

越南民主共和国主席

根据1948年11月19日第254号命令关于地方人民政权组织；

根据1955年4月29日第228号命令任命黄方草为第四联区行政委员会委员；

根据1958年11月24日第092号命令撤销第四联区行政级别；

部长会议内务部长提议，

现发布命令如下：

条 1：黄方草免去第四联区行政委员会委员职务，另行分配工作。

条 2：本命令由内务部部长负责执行。
