越南民主共和国政务院总理
根据一九四六年四月十三日第五十号指令组织交通部；
根据一九四六年五月三日第五十七号指令组织各部机关；
依照交通部部长的建议；
政务会通过，
发布如下命令：
条一款
胡志明先生，外务高等商务官，被任命为交通部办公厅主任。
条二款
交通部部长依照本指令执行。
