越南民主共和国内阁总理

根据1947年5月1日第47-SL号指令，组织越南国家军队总指挥部；

遵照越南国家军队总指挥官与国防部长的建议；

 

现发布如下命令：

条一

任命陈效为越南国家军队总指挥部情报局局长。

条二

越南国家军队总指挥官应执行本指令。
