根据1946年3月25日第34号指令和1947年3月19日第35/SL号法令组建国防部；
根据1947年5月1日第47/SL号法令组建总指挥部；
部长及国家军队总指挥的建议；
现发布指令如下：

军事训练局现隶属于总指挥部。
条二
凡与本指令相抵触的先前法令条款，均予废除。
条三
部长及国家军队总指挥应依照本指令执行。
