越南民主共和国主席发布
越南民主共和国主席
根据1948年11月19日第254号指令，在抗日时期组织地方人民政权；
根据1949年12月31日第150号指令，规定内务部的职责和权限；
内务部部长提议，并经政府委员会通过；
现发布如下指令：
条1- 现指定胡锦为中南区联合抗敌救国委员会委员，代替辞职的范富节。
条2- 内务部部长依照本指令执行。
