根据1946年7月19日第126号命令，规定建立或修改行政单位的程序，
根据1948年6月13日第198号命令，规定建立或修改抗敌行政单位的程序，
遵照最高国防委员会的建议，
经政府会议决议，并经国会常设委员会同意后，
发布如下命令：
条 1- 现将属于启安省的水原县、海阳省的南 sach 县和金门县并入广延省。
条 2- 最高国防委员会根据本命令执行。/.
