社会主义共和国越南
根据1980年12月18日全国人民代表大会关于实施《社会主义共和国越南宪法》若干问题的决议；
根据《社会主义共和国越南宪法》第一百条；
依照政府委员会的提议；
决议如下：
批准于1980年12月5日在布达佩斯签订的关于经济跨国组织法律制度、特权和豁免以及特定领域合作的公约。
