根据1946年11月15日关于经济部组织的法令，
根据1947年9月9日关于经济部（地区）组织的法令，
根据1948年1月1日第104-SL号指令规定国家企业的基本制度原则，
根据1948年2月29日第140-SL号指令成立经济部内的供应运输局，
依据经济部部长的建议，
经政府委员会和国会常设委员会协商一致后，
发布如下指令：

委任阮文采先生担任经济部内供应运输局局长。
条二
经济部部长应根据本指令执行。
