依据1992年越南社会主义共和国宪法第一百零三条和第一百零六条，该宪法已于2001年12月25日由第十届全国人民代表大会第十次会议通过的第51/2001/QH10号决议进行了修改和补充；
根据《全国人民代表大会组织法》第九十一条
根据《制定规范性法律文件法》第五十七条
现予公布：
关于修改和补充若干与基本建设投资有关法律条款的法律。
已由第十二届越南社会主义共和国全国人民代表大会第五次会议于2009年6月19日通过。/。
