第151号 一九四六年八月十三日

越南民主共和国政务院主席

根据一九四六年八月十三日设立军委特派代表的第150号指令，

鉴于军委主席的提议，国防部长同意，

现发布如下命令：

第一款- 委任黄 hữu南为军委特派代表。

第二款- 军委主席授权执行本指令。
