越南民主共和国主席
根据1945年11月22日第63号命令组织地方人民政权；
内务部长的提议；
经政府委员会决议，并经国会常设委员会同意后；
现发布命令如下：
条一： 将1945年11月22日第63号命令第一百零四条修改为：
"新第一百零四条：省人民代表大会每三个月召开一次常会。"
条二： 内务部长依照本命令执行。
