根据1992年社会主义共和国越南宪法第一百零三条和第一百零六条；

根据《全国人民代表大会组织法》第七十八条；

现予公布：

关于法官和人民陪审员的条例已于一九九三年五月十四日由越南社会主义共和国第九届全国人民代表大会常务委员会通过。/。
