命令
关于禁止出口机械设备、金属制品、汽车及汽车零部件
越南民主共和国政府总理
鉴于当前国家的需求；
根据财政部部长的提议；
经政府委员会协商一致，
现命令如下：
条一款
自本命令发布之日起至新令颁布之日止，禁止将机械设备、金属制品、汽车及汽车零部件出口到国外。
条二款
违反本命令者，依照现行关税法规予以处罚。
条三款
财政部、经济部和司法部负责执行本命令。
