越南民主共和国主席
根据1948年11月19日第254号命令关于抗日时期地方人民政权的组织；
鉴于内务部长提出的建议，经政府委员会通过；
现发布命令如下：
条1： 批准联区四抗敌行政委员会委员丁德先生辞职。
条2： 内务部部长负责执行本命令。
