越民主共和国政务处长发布 172 一九四六年九月三日
越南民主共和国内阁总理
根据一九四五年八月二十八日关于成立越南民主共和国政府的公告；
根据一九四六年七月九日组织国家教育部的勒令；
根据一九四五年九月八日强制全民学习国语字的勒令；
遵照教育部部长的建议；
经政务处协商后，
发布如下勒令：
第一条
将越南民主共和国一九四五年九月八日关于全民学习国语字的勒令规定的期限延长一年，自一九四六年九月八日起算。
第二条
教育部部长负责执行本勒令。
