越南民主共和国内阁总理

根据第171/SL号指令，于1948年4月14日将越南民主共和国农业部位于宁平省的磷酸工厂置于国家企业的特殊机构地位，

遵照农业部部长的建议，

经政务院同意，

发布如下指令：

条一

指派胡善禄为越南民主共和国农业部位于宁平省的磷酸工厂厂长。

条二

农业部部长依照本指令执行。
