担任越南北方军区司令员
越南民主共和国主席
鉴于一九四六年四月二十二日第三十三号令和一九四六年五月二十二日第七十一号令规定人民军队条例，
鉴于一九五〇年七月十一日第一百二十一号令组织国防部-总参谋部，
根据国防部长的提议，
现命令如下：
条 1
任命少将朱文坛为越南北方军区政委。
条 2
防部长负责执行本命令。
