越南民主共和国政务处长命令第181号，一九四六年九月十三日
|||越南民主共和国内政处长
根据一九二九年十一月初六日关于印花税的法令；
按照财政部长的建议；
经国会常务委员会和政务会协商同意，
发布勒令：
条一款：废除一九二九年十一月初六日关于印花税的法令第一百八十二条。
条二款：自即日起，入学申请或考试报名表免贴印花税票。
条三款： 本勒令自一九四六年十月一日生效。
条四款： 财政部长负责执行本勒令。
