越南民主共和国内阁总理
根据越南民主共和国政务院于1945年11月14日的决议，成立农林部；
根据1946年5月30日第57号命令，任命陶善为农林部总监察员；
依据陶善请求辞职的申请书；
按照农林部部长的提议；
经政务院同意，
现发布如下命令：
条 1
准许陶善于农林部总监察员一职上辞职。
条 2
命令董士贤接替陶善担任农林部总监察员职务。
条 3
农林部部长依照本命令执行。
