根据1946年5月3日第57号指令，确定越南政府各部的组织原则；
根据1946年5月6日的指令，组建国民经济部；
依据国民经济部部长的提议；
经政府委员会协商一致后；
发布如下指令：
第一条。 委任：法律系毕业生陶 hữu Dương担任国民经济部副部长职务。
第二条。 由国民经济部部长负责执行本指令。
