根据政府第15/CP号1993年3月2日《关于部、相当于部的国家管理任务、权限和责任的规定》；
根据政府第178/CP号1994年10月28日《关于财政部的任务、权限和组织机构的规定》；
考虑工作需要和干部能力；
依据同志组织人事司司长兼培训司司长的建议；
经党组常务委员会一致同意。

第一条: 调动并任命白明玄同志（财政科学研究院院长）担任政策财务司副司长职务。
第二条: 白明玄同志享受副司长职级补贴，系数为0.60。
第三条: 本决定自签发之日起生效。财政科学研究院院长、政策财务司司长、组织人事司司长兼培训司司长、财务管理司司长、办公厅主任及白明玄同志负责执行本决定。
