越南民主共和国内阁主席
根据1951年5月6日第15号命令设立越南国家银行；
根据1952年5月25日第92号命令规定，越南国家银行有权发行各种纸币；
依据越南国家银行总经理的提议；
经政务院决议，
现发布命令如下：

越南国家银行有权发行伍仟元（5000元）面额纸币。
条二
越南国家银行总经理依照本命令执行。
