越南民主共和国主席
根据1945年11月22日第63号命令，组织地方人民政权；
根据1948年11月19日第254号命令，在抗战时期组织地方人民政权；
根据1947年12月31日第150号命令，规定内务部的职责；
内务部部长建议，
现发布命令如下：
条一： 任命陈坚（原名： Trần Kiên）为左岸抗敌行政委员会委员。
条二： 内务部长依照本命令执行。
