越南民主共和国主席发布
越南民主共和国主席
根据1948年11月19日第254号指令，在抗日期间组织地方人民政权；
根据1953年1月28日第134号指令，成立西北区；
鉴于内务部长的提议，
现发布如下命令：
条一： 现指定下列人员为西北区抗法行政委员会成员：
- 陈光绍：主席
- 江文江：委员
- 黄中廷：委员
- 岩莲：委员
- 谭决：委员。
条二： 内务部长负责执行本指令。
