越南民主共和国内政部长
根据一九四五年九月十日暂行保留现行关税法令和税率的指令，
鉴于财政部长的提议，
在国会常设委员会与政务会协商一致后，
发布如下指令：
条一款
现暂时调整越南进口货物最低税率及总内税如下：
关税 总内税
第109号 香烟 …20% 8.25%
第368-369号 棉花线 …10% 3.3%
第404至第436号
除外第419双。棉布及由棉布制成的物品…10% 3.3%
由棉布制成……10% 3.3%
条二款
财政部长应依照本指令执行之。
