根据命令第34号，一九四六年三月二十五日关于组建国防部的命令；
根据命令第57号，一九四六年五月三日关于部的组织的规定；
鉴于国防部部长的提议；
现发布如下命令：
条一款。 任命范美先生（法律系毕业）为国防部办公厅主任。
条二款。 任命阮常先生（银行法律系毕业）为国防部办公厅副主任。
条三款。 国防部部长根据命令执行本命令。/
