决定

制定关于搜救活动财务管理的规定

___________

国务院总理

依据一九九二年九月三十日《国务院组织法》；

鉴于国家空海搜寻救助委员会主席和国防部长的提议。

现决定如下：

条一 本决定附件中制定关于搜救活动临时财务管理规定。

条二本决定自签发之日起生效。

条三 各部部长、各委员会主任、直属机构负责人、省和直辖市人民政府主席以及国家空海搜寻救助委员会主席负责执行本决定。
