越南民主共和国内阁总理
- 鉴于越南国会于一九四六年十一月三日承认成立社会救济部；
- 鉴于命令第57号一九四六年五月三日组织内阁各部；
- 遵照社会救济部部长的建议；
- 经政府委员会协商一致后；
现发布命令如下：
条一款。 委任：
许阳，法学士，担任社会救济部政务次长。
条二款。 社会救济部部长受委托执行本命令。/
