政府主席
按照第47-SL号命令，于一九四七年五月一日组织总司令部；
根据越南国家军队总司令的建议，国防部长同意；
为适应抗战时期的需要；
现发布命令如下：
条一款
少将黎设雄，原第四战区区长，现调任总司令部工作。
条二款
黎设雄少将负责越南国家军队的监察事务。
条三款
本任命自一九四七年七月十日起生效。
条四款
国防部长、越南国家军队总司令，按照命令执行。
