越南民主共和国政府主席

第231号 一九四七年八月四日

鉴于当前形势，

国会常务委员会和政务院已经协商一致后，

特颁令如下：

条一款 ||| 冒春荣，原内务部部长，现任命为全国特别监察员。

条二款 ||| 内务部部长、财政部长遵照本命令执行。

条2

内务部长、财政部长依照施行的法令执行。
