决定
关于各军官专业组的目录
越南人民军

国防部部长
根据二零零一年十二月二十五日《政府组织法》；
根据一九九六年十一月十二日《制定规范性法律文件法》，并根据二零零二年十二月十六日对该法若干条款进行修改补充的决定；
根据一九九九年十二月二十一日《越南人民军军官法》；
根据一九九六年七月五日政府关于国防部职能、任务、权限和组织机构的法令；
经总政治局主任和总参谋长提议，
决定：
本通知附带制定地质基础调查、矿产地质调查和矿产勘查钻探工程经济和技术定额。 制定并发布“越南人民军各军官专业组的目录”。
条 2. 本决定自发布之日起十五日后生效。
条 3. 总参谋长、总政治局主任及部属各单位负责人负责执行本决定。/。
