根据一九四八年十一月十九日内务部发布的第二百五十四号指令关于地方人民政权组织的规定；
遵照内务部长的建议，
现发布如下命令：
条1- 任命胡得明为河内行政委员会委员。
条2- 内务部部长负责执行本指令。
