胡志明市，一九五六年七月九日

越南民主共和国主席

根据一九四八年十一月十九日内政部发布的第二百五十四号指令关于地方人民政权组织的规定；

遵照内务部长的建议，

现发布如下命令：

条1- 任命范文.TRAI为海防市行政委员会委员。

条2- 内务部部长负责执行本指令。
