政府主席令第280/SL号

胡志明市，一九五六年十二月十日

越南民主共和国主席

根据一九四八年十一月十九日内阁法令第254-SL号关于地方人民政权组织的规定；

内务部长的提议，

现发布指令如下：

条1- 任命：

阮有仁先生为海防市人民委员会主席。

武重谦先生为海防市人民委员会副主席。

潘瑞先生为海防市人民委员会主席。

条2- 内务部长负责执行本指令。
