根据一九四六年四月二十二日第三十三号命令和一九四六年五月二十二日第七十一号命令，规定越南人民军的条例，
根据一九五〇年七月十一日第一百二十一号命令，组织国防部-总司令部，
依照国防部长的建议，
发布命令如下：

委任范玉湖同志为师团长级干部，担任东北军区政委。
条二
防部大臣依照本命令执行。
