根据2017年2月10日国务院令第12号《交通运输部职能配置、内设机构和人员编制规定》；

经科学技术司司长和越南海事局负责人的提议，

交通运输部部长发布本通知，以发布海上搜救经济技术定额。

第一条。 随文发布海上搜救经济技术定额。

第二条。 本通知自2018年7月30日起生效。

第三条。 部办公厅主任、部监察局局长、各司长、越南海事局局长以及有关机关、组织和个人负责人负责执行本通知。
