第37号命令 1949年5月11日
越南民主共和国主席发布
越南民主共和国内阁总理
根据1948年11月19日发布的第254号和第255号命令，组织抗日时期的人民政权；
根据1948年12月10日发布的第265号命令，组建河内抗敌行政委员会；
考虑当前形势；
依据最高国防委员会的建议；
经政府会议决议，并得到常设国会同意后；
现发布命令如下：

废除1948年12月10日发布的第265号命令。
条二
河内抗敌行政委员会现直接隶属于中央政府。
条三
关于河内抗敌委员会的权限、任务、成员组成，各专业部门的组织方式以及河内抗敌行政委员会与第三联区抗敌行政委员会之间的联系事宜，由最高国防委员会规定。
条四
最高国防委员会负责执行本命令。
