越南民主共和国政府主席
根据越南国民大会于1946年3月2日召开的会议决议，决定组建联合抗日政府。
现发布如下命令：
条一 在教育部内设立青年与体育司，包括中央青年处和中央体育处。
条二 教育部长负责执行本指令。
