根据第75-SL号1946年5月29日命令组织财政部；
根据1946年6月7日命令任命杜重金为财政部办公厅主任；
根据第142-SL号1948年3月2日命令任命杜文藻为财政部事务司长；
财政部部长的提议；
经政府委员会通过后；
现发布命令如下：

：现任命下列人员：阮览担任财政部办公厅主任，
杜重金担任财政部办公厅副主任，
杜文藻担任财政部办公厅副主任。
条二
