遵照一九四六年五月三日第五十七号命令关于组织各部的规定；
遵照一九四九年六月十八日第五十号命令关于组建国防部；
遵照一九四九年六月十八日第五十六号命令任命大校范子良兼任军需局局长；
根据国防部长兼国家军队和民兵总司令的建议；
经政府委员会决议通过；
现发布命令如下：
条一。 任命阮成平接替大校范子良担任军需局局长。
条二。 国防部长兼国家军队和民兵总司令应遵照本命令执行。
