决定

制定内陆港管理规定

根据2001年12月25日《政府组织法》；

根据二零零五年十二月十五日国务院发布的第154/2005/NĐ-CP号法令，关于海关手续、海关检查和监督制度的规定；

鉴于交通运输部部长的建议，

总理决定发布内陆港管理规定。

本通知附带制定地质基础调查、矿产地质调查和矿产勘查钻探工程经济和技术定额。 本决定附带发布内陆港管理规定。

条 2. 本决定自二零一四年十一月十五日起生效。

条 3. 各部部长、各委员会主任、直属中央人民政府机构负责人、各省及直辖市人民政府主席负责执行本决定。/。
